● How can I track my order? How do I track my order/shipment?
➔ Please bear us 3-4 business days to process your orders, as they are specially curated just for you. After your order is ready, tracking details will be provided on the given customer email ID and phone number.
● How can I return a product? When can I return a product? How do I exchange items from my order?
➔ Please note that, we currently do not provide any exchange policy. We only offer refunds to prepaid orders and COD orders can opt for store credit. Kindly click here for the detailed return and refund policies.
● How long does it take to process an order before it is dispatched? When will I receive my order? When will my order ship?
➔ Please bear in mind that the orders are specially made after placing it. Allow us 3-4 business days to prepare your order. Our orders are generally dispatched within 6-7 business days. Our team will notify you once the product is shipped. However the duration may vary depending on the location.
● What do I do if I receive a defective product?
